The main take away once again is the team needs refreshed with an injection of pace and quality. Everything is laboured just now and slow. I expect us to hand out a doing at home next week.

Every game since Beale came in has been a tough shift.

It’s great that he’s getting the results, but the football has been just as poor as it was under Gio for the most part.

We desperately need new players to try and invoke a different dimension to our play.
Sorry but that is just not correct.

Performance levels still nowhere where near they should be at but least there is it intent in our play, it's not clicked yet but they is more than continual side to side.

….because he was playing at left back. Have we seen him get a run at right back? No. Can’t be any worse than Tav.

As for Tav clearing from the back post, that’s just his f*ckinf job.

yeah thats in my post :))

again, Beale sees them everyday and still picks Tav, take it up with the manager, he obviously doesnt think he offers more

scot wright got Goldson booked by not running into the space just like the aberdeen game, even worse was it looked like a dive on the replay. Why was Sakala taken off he gives us so many options ?

getting wins then playing better as time goes by is the right way to go tbf

Michael Stewart, you’re a wanker. Is that what’s being sung during the interview at the end?
I think Ally would have joined in if he wasn’t on camera.
There’s been enough threads about Michael Stewart obviously and we shouldn’t feed him on this forum with another thread. I love the fact that we’re hated. What’s even better is they can’t hide it.
We keep winning is the only thing that brings out their true colours with their hatred. Don’t feed them with publicity.

Fairly comfortable win in the end. Ref and pitch were very poor.

Voted for Borna as MotM - there was no real stand-out but he took his goal well and didn't put a foot wrong. Tillman, Goldson and Davies also had good games.

Job done tonight but it's still abundantly clear that this squad needs turned over.

Nice to see Borna break his duck, Wright looked lively when he came on. No apparent injuries either. Other than that it was one to forget.

Good result, awful game, very poor performance from Rangers on a far from perfect pitch and a far from fair minded referee.

The last 3 games 6 days pitches have been an utter disgrace. Until we drain the swamp of the clowns like Doncaster and SFA dumplings and get proper investment into our game we are stuck with this shite. But as we all know most clubs are happy to put up with it. Infuriating.

thought wright's been good in the two cameos so far, he needs to take the chance MB may give him, be more consistant, and be smarter

On the one hand maybe, on the other hand it's an away game in the cup in Perth in January. The conditions of the pitch and weather in general aren't really conducive to a great game breaking out.
Be careful, for having if not an upbeat account at least a bit of realism.

When some realise they won't be watching a real madrid, then maybe they'll handle it better.

Davies is quickly becoming a solid CH for us. He reminds me of Weir. He goes about his business quietly and efficiently, solidly clearing nearly everything that comes his way.

Sakala excellent again.

Kept the ball well, some nice moves, and mostly controlled the game throughout. We obviously have fans who mainly like highlights, and if a few of the chances go in then they see an entirely different game, but we have played here in the past and really struggled; tonight there was little danger of us losing this.
