It’s not really a ridiculous question considering every pub with a beer garden in the country is packed to the rafters with absolutely no fucks given for social distancing.

It’s not unreasonable to assume a small tour could take place where a safe distance could easily be adhered to.

Think you’re forgetting the majority of the tour is indoors though

What’s the difference between small groups of customers going into primark and small groups of people going on a stadium tour?
Well, the corridors are smaller, you’re in an area where the players will be which could in turn infect a player or staff member. They might not have the capacity to clean down the stadium after every tour as deep cleaning will be getting done already in the stadium for the staff to workI would assume a tour will be under the same category as art galleries and museums which I think are opening later than the 15th.
