Sunday Morning Run

Just back in from my usual Sunday Morning Run. Usually it's a slog but stuck my 55 playlist on and sang all the way round Irvine this morning. Got a few funny looks but who cares. Just finished the Run and on came Absent Friends. Emotional wreck once again.
