Meanwhile SFA chief executive Ian Maxwell revealed an investigation was continuing into the five Rangers players who broke Covid rules by attending a house party last month, with Nathan Patterson, Bongani Zungu, Calvin Bassey, Brian Kinnear and Dapo Mebude all facing suspensions.

But Maxwell said no action would be taken against Celtic despite pictures which showed players failing to social distance in a Dubai bar during their highly controversial training camp: “From a compliance perspective, there is nothing to see in terms of Celtic in Dubai.”

Think about it......how can the punish the mentally challengeds?
They sanctioned the trip.
Whereas our boys have made it easy for them.
Whole set up stinks

The SFA sanctioned the trip according to the rules in place for all clubs going to hotels . While in Dubai, Celtic broke every 1 .
1. Separate dining area was not followed
2. No socialising after training , photos show 8-10 players in a bar area at 1 table drinking & watching football .
3 . No socialising with other guests in communal areas, photos again show Celtic players & management mixing in the pool area with other guests .
4. All travelling between hotel & training facilities must be socially distanced. This is why 13 players & coaches had to isolate when they got back .
5 Duffy broke the “ bubble” to fly back to London on a commercial flight, Celtic then made a statement saying they had broken some of the covid rules & because of duffy’s breach he would have to isolate for 10 days . He played 24 hours later against hibs after the other 13 were told to isolate . These multiple breaches of covid regulations are much more serious than 5 players in 1 house for a few hours ( although this was also wrong) .
Any lawyer would accuse the SFA of discrimination if these charges were not given the same consideration.

Ian Maxwell is emu to pete the Japanese rod hull. The club better stand up here and tell them to get to fu*k.That mob fu*ked up big time yet no action taken.5 young guys get together to play fifa and watch a boxing match on tv.Get to fu*k the lot of them.
A total puppet. Needs removed.

Ah well after this weekend we can afford to rest some of our players and experiment with the side. Keep these players fresh for Europe and the cup B-D

%^*& the SFA

Did that Bolingoli or whatever his name was that flew to Spain and then came back and played; did he get banned?

Nothing to see apart from the first team bevvying at a public pool side during a pandemic in another country no less. How corrupt is this lady's front bottom. Off the scale for me

There's somebody at the door.

Oh it's 55

So wait a club can take 49 people on a completely unnecessary trip to a covid hotspot, admit to breaking covid protocols with players caught boozing and then bring two cases of a potentially deadly virus back into the country without punishment but a few young lads do something silly locally and the SFA might take action against them?

What our lads did was wrong no question about that but no new infections have been caused by their actions unlike that of the club from the east end of Glasgow.

Any fines handed down should be fought tooth and nail as it's only being done to appease a bunch of smelly yahoo bloggers.

We all know what game this corrupt mob will dish out punishment just in time for. A decent lawyer would drive a bus through this corrupt organisation so hopefully we lawyer up and accept nothing.

So if our players had popped off to Dubai for the weekend instead of a few hours in a West End flat that would have been ok?

Only if they became Celtic employees first.

The corruption is truly out in the open if it wasn’t before.

Changed that for you.

They can, they were pictured at the hotel pool with random people.

At worst we'll be heading into the game against the tramps without a recognised right back. Expect the decision to be released a day or so before the game, just to try to wind us up a bit further.

Fūck them. All their meddling will be too little too late this season, they've not laid a glove on us. We've been too good.:shh:

"There's nothing to see" the occupants of Sharkheid should have that on their crest.

It will be an interesting watch to see the rules adapted and manufactured to justify any punishment to us and not the chuckies......
