Funny thing is, if Chelsea were able to bring in players then the likes of Mount and Abraham probably wouldn't be starting for them. Abraham is a far better option for them than Higuain (or Morata) was last season, despite the latter's reputation.
In Tomori, James, Mount, Hudson-Odoi and Abraham, they have a group of players that could potentially amass a massive amount of England caps between them. Then there's Ross Barkley too who still has it in him to become a very good player, and is only 24 (I think) himself.
