The Louden: Elsewhere

City centre is a no brainer. The place is hoaching with daft Irish bars and even “Yes” bar.

Maybe Partick or somewhere close to a Subway station in the West End. Easy access before and after games, and handier for folk in the North West.

City Centre I think.
Would've been fun if you had snapped up the Blackfriars premises in the Merchant city, a lot of fun on OF days!

Try a few short term pop up pubs and see what the reaction is. You could take it on tour around the central belt to places like Harthill, Larkhall and EK.

In fact just run with the idea of pop up pubs rate than buying/renting a building long term.

Stuck in the house and have nothing to do but think. If we were to open a Louden in another place, where does FF think would be a good place
Definitely in Glasgow City centre Robert.

We are vastly outnumbered by mentally challenged slop houses and there would be a big market for a Rangers pub in the toon, maybe serving meals during the day up til about 7pm with videos playing of old classic games/ goals and completed by cultural tunes playing in the background.

I don’t think there would be a market for a pub like the Louden in the city centre sadly. But if this is all hypothetical then outskirts of Edinburgh please!
