Okay, mate.
Cantwell taken over Hagi’s socials?

Hagi's IG post about if I post where I'm at I left already is cryptic and annoying. Hopefully both he and Cantwell are gone soon.
I'm assuming it's because he posted pics of his honeymoon in Italy two days ago, but folk have seen him out and about in Glasgow during that time. So, perhaps he's seen Rangers fans in his IG comments slaughtering him for being in Italy and not in Glasgow?

I could be wrong, just a guess.

Yeah, we’ve seen a number of names linked and for one reason or the other, nothing.

Major concern that area. Striker but (and wide areas) are severely lacking
Names like Whittaker 10 million, and Sima possibly 5-6 ?
I just read a report saying we have agreed money terms with Whittaker.
Really???
And yet we are in a black hole according to our chairman for 10 million?
Where are these riches going to come from?
To quote the late great Phil Lynott.

"Don't Believe A Word!"

Gaffer recognises his talent and willing to give him a chance if he follows orders and improves other aspects of his game (ie hurting the opposition in the big games)

Todders - no thanks, new adventure please

Phil - Cheerio
And it's that simple, obviously.

Dont think there is any coming back for cantwell, the fans know he wants away, if he does come back in, first poor game or mistake and the boos will start, boys finished with us.

Some footballers really are a bunch of Facebook maws on social media :)) the quicker we can get cantwell and hagi out the better. Bring in a couple of midfielders and that should hopefully be the midfield rounded out. Then you have striker/winger/centre back where we need reinforcements.

Only bring a striker in if we can sell dessers which I don’t even know if anyone would want him. A winger I can see being brought in without any sales and a centre back if we can by miracle get rid of Davies.

If we want to win the league that’s what we need to happen over these next few weeks.

And it's that simple, obviously.
He doesn’t have what it takes to be the player we need him to be. It’s not good enough to do it now and again against the wee teams.
At Norwich and Bournemouth he showed promise, fell out of favour at both clubs and failed to secure a regular starting spot his skills would suggest was attainable.

What's with the cryptic social from Hagi?

We arguably have a stronger midfield thats sat at home watching than we do on the pitch.

Think Clement is quite strict your either all in or you're nowhere to be seen.

I don't mind it tbh, need a bit of strictness I think.

If we can move them on then he'll be proven right. If they sit there or leave on loan without us realising their value then it'll have backfired.

That's some contract he's on if he can't be bothered playing but still pick up his 20K wage each week.
I must have missed the part where he couldn't be bothered playing for Rangers. Relegating a player to train with the B team also seems odd, to me anyway. Players may not like managers, and managers may not like players, but relegating a player to train with the B side could be very risky if there is no guarantee that player will leave anytime soon. Cantwell will probably go soon, regrettably for me, but if he doesn't, then what; and if Hagi still remains a Rangers player after the window, then what happend with him as well?

I'd probably say that we have discussed Cantwell and Hagi to death in here.
They are both gonna be away...like it or not. Time to move on.

Hopefully it is sooner than later and we can reuse the funds as it's desperately needed.
The squabbling appears to me just built up frustration of the direction of the transfer window. Yesterday’s performance has probably not helped.

How many times have we seen it on the continent with players we are after?

Raskin was in the same situation at Standard. Smarter folk than me can clarify.

Here was me thinking we all believed there was too much sentiment shown to players?

Hes said he doesn’t want to play for us.
Gaffer won’t play him after asking for a transfer

Some of you read very unreliable websites & don't look beyond headlines for your Rangers content btw.

Hagi's agent said he didn't know "when or if" he would return to or join pre season training before said training began for some of the squad

Apparently, this is enough to assume he is AWOL, despite him being on agreed leave after the euros, his wedding and honeymoon

Utterly weird behaviour from some of you
It’s FF, and a lot of the drama queens on here prefer negative comments and news to get through the day rather than positive, I don’t understand it either

Odd one out probably. Genuinley impressed with our transfer window so far...

Weve brought in a decent cb highley rated in netherlands.

Weve brought in another european in cerny. Fast winger, scores goals.

Weve brought in a couple of young players in jefte
Iganame
Barron

Barron a young midfielder. Bags of experience. Honestly see him as long server for us
We need a lot more though and we need other players in that starting 11 shifted. It’s just not enough, not even close sadly.

FWIW after yesterday’s game I think we lack athleticism and aggression in our play. The lack of players who get into the box is very frustrating and, for me, was a key difference last season between us and them.

In terms of squad building I think we still need two midfielders, a defender, and two forwards added to the squad.

A big part of that is control of the ball. Our players aren’t as technically sound as the scums so balls bobble around more and we have less control. It means players are more reluctant to go beyond the ball as they don’t fully trust their team mate to the deliver.

And yet drops him for big league games, and subs him frequently in others?
I assume he was dropped from big league because a) he was in poor form and/or b) he was too often failing to follow the managers instructions.

He was substituted frequently mainly because on most of those occasions he looked like he was going to get a second yellow card. If the manager had left him on and he then got sent off, what would you have said?

Nobody we have plays well in that position. Maybe it’s just not as easy to make an impact as we think.
All our 10s would play better in a Beale wide 10 system.

Tillman is the only one we've had who would work in the current system, maybe Aribo but even then his G/A wasn't as good as we need for that position.

It's just another failure of planning from the powers that be.

After watching yesterday midfield would be my priority as if not we will be over run and out of many games.

We need solidity and graft. The rest can be worked on.
Celtic currently have 84% possession against a top half team. We’d be nowhere near that. We can't control games and that was the same at the end of last season.

Yip...look at how many poor touches (even unopposed at times) our players made...especially our attackers....Dessers, Matondo, Cortes, Wright....Diomande to an extent as well....
Simple 1-2s/through balls/close control under pressure....
I'd add to that the quality of our passing from the likes Lawrence, Tav, Ridvan....those delivers are just hit...not trying to pick someone out.
We aren't sharp enough to react or anticipate passes.
