Kilmarnock could halve Rangers’ Rugby Park allocation for final day of season
Gers are regularly given both the Chadwick and Moffat stands but could be given just one as Killie look to sell more tickets to their own supporters

RANGERS could have their Rugby Park allocation HALVED for the final game of the season.

Gers are normally given both the Chadwick and the Moffat stands when they visit Kilmarnock.

Rangers and Celtic are normally given two stands at Rugby Park
However, the Ayrshire side are considering whether or not to slash that for their final home match of the season, according to the Kilmarnock Standard.

A decision could be made later today.

Attendances have been booming at Rugby Park after Steve Clarke's revolution.

Killie are third in the table and face Aberdeen on Saturday as they look to go three points clear of the Dons in third spot.

Let them do it then they will only be hurting themselves in the pocket as there is no way on this earth they are filling it with their own support. It will look even shittier on the tv than it usually does when we play there with 3 half empty stands and one full one

They can’t fill the seats they do give their fans! Let them do what they want, who gives a %^*& if they want to join the rest with their small mind mentality! This is the same Kilmarnock fans who’s shat it from Celtic when the club abstained from the vote. Couldn’t get their tongues any further up Celtic’s arse!

Hahahahaha. They couldve stuck all their fans in one stand behind the goal for the Scottish Cup match.

Let them do it and when Clarke gets rescued again by the land of non offensive behaviour and they're back to fighting relegation they can look back to May 2019 and wonder why they made such a stupid decision.

As an aside this is something that really pisses me off about online journalism these days. The same thing is basically repeated 3 times in that article above. It's in the headline, the first paragraph after the headline and then again in the caption under where the photo would be. It's absolutely shoddy journalism of the highest order.

hardly a sell out saturday!

tell killie we won't be taking any tickets for this fixture and the same goes for next season as well.

Got to fill the shitey paper somehow, if they only said everything the once, they’d have to find more nonsense to fill the page.

What an absolute feed of pish. We will get what we want as usual. Empty seats don't pay the bills. Kilmarnock know this.

A load of nonsense. They have over 5 thousand empty seats in their two stands every time we play them.
No chance they can sell 12 thousand plus tickets.
Rangers should say ok and the same applies next season.
8500 × £27 = £230,000.

Mischief making from the tabloid.

Kilmarnock have every right to get as many as their fans in as possible, but no chance they will fill a stand behind the goal as well as the East stand so this is most likely a fantasy.
