The three major issues - finishing the season, reorganisation and distribution of emergency cash

The most pressing and the simplest to solve is the cash flow issue being suffered by clubs.

The SPFL could simply issue funds to the minimum prize money level to every - the fine details can be ironed out later.

That would enable decisions over other matters to be discussed without being coupled to other issues from which conflicts of interest arise.

Linking these issues has obviously been a dishonest tactic to promote an agenda - creating a scenario in which clubs are open to pressure - having issues which are of no concern to many handcuffed to monies which may stop a club from going into administration or worse.

There is no chance of football being played in Scotland for at least a month - so taking a few days to consider options in a less pressured atmosphere can only be positive.

There are too many threads on this to keep up with

Agree with what you say though

Have been suggesting this relentlessly for weeks.

The pressure on Dundee right now will be immense, clubs financially strapped will lean on them.

Uefa will not allow it.

They want the season completed.

When it becomes apparent that this is no longer viable or possible without disrupting next season - they will invite FA's to get together and declare this season null and void and divide all winnings equally or proportionately. With euro qualification based on last season. Teams currently still in either European tournament will not be required to go through qualification rounds.

Next season we will both be going for one in a row!

Give all of the clubs a large percentage of the the cash and distribute the balance when the vote has been finalised. Totally agree Mark. There is no chance of football being played in this country for at least 14 weeks the other countries that are ahead of us with the Corona are not having 50,000 people in a stadium. just my opinion.

The really crass thing about all of this is, if they were awarded the title today, it could mean hundreds if not thousands of them break social distancing and stay at home guidance.

They'd be having street parties, some pubs would try and open and the carnage on our NHS staff and police would be frightening.

When so many good people are losing their lives to this virus, the people in charge of them, and their puppets, are the most vile scum that have ever been given the gift of life.

My own belief is that Celtc want the title given to them before Leagues all over Europe issue null and void seasons. The SPFL's corrupt desperation to do exactly that, by hook or by crook, is startling, but not surprising.

Just play the 8 games when the football restarts and got straight into next season even if it’s just a home and away once league and play the cups all on a Saturday to make up the short fall of games

For the people running the game in this country it’s never been about money.

It’s been an almost 3 week relentless propaganda war designed to award the mentally challengeds the most tainted of titles.

Spot on.

The point about issuing the minimum prize money should be shouted from the rooftops.

Saving clubs by awarding the cash, without awarding league titles and relegating sides, on the day a thousand people in the UK died.

Mark that it far to sensible a suggestion for these clowns. Only clusterfunk of incompetence is good enough for our league

Vote through Rangers proposal, suitably amended to meet their ‘competence’ requirements and get the money distributed.

They then have several weeks to decide what happens with this season - and the benefit of watching how better administered leagues do it - they can discuss restructuring if they want it and they can plan on the start of next season. All the while ensuring the clubs remain solvent.

It really should be very simple.

Bang on the money.

This statement is the truth.

I now 100% believe that the spfl are influenced.

1) why rush ahead of the rest of the major leagues
2) why not declare average points is the final decision with no league reconstruction so clubs know what they are voting for
3) why not pay minimum winnings

Honestly, I'm out
