Activity so far in the window has been SLOW.

Wilson spoke previously about having all the succession planning and always being prepared.

Previously we have done our business early and got the players settled in.

Beginning to get a little nervous at our lack of activity, not wetting the panties quite yet but a little concerned.

We need the starting 11 freshened up and players bought that enhance the 11 not the squad.

Still want the big dutch lad and also a forward playing midfielder and a right winger.

I am hopeful we do a bit of business soon.
 
Is there any news on Barasic?

Was mutterings in the press down south about EPL interest it did appear to be guess work though
 
McCoist there saying we need to sign a couple of players this window. Our full squad at full strength is immense but so many key players have constant injury worries. Jack, Helander, Roofe etc. If these guys aren't consistently available then I'd agree we do need to.

I don’t see that unless we‘ve managed to offload Lundstram.

He’s only recently left the club he will still know stuff 100%. I might be wrong but I’m thinking Gilmour

We’ve been saying it for a number of windows now.

We need a quality, creative midfielder.

A right winger too.
 
The Club Brugge move is clearly not materialising for Skov Olsen. They play 3-5-2 so Olsen is going to have exactly the same issues there as he is having at Bologna.

I’d be surprised if he became a Club Brugge player.

Bologna manager has confirmed he’s offski. Doesn’t name a club, says player no longer wants to be there.

Feels like the club want to sell him too so it’s mutual I would think .

I’m actually persuaded by this one of all of the RW links he seems the best option even if we have to pay a fee or better have a loan and option he seems like a straight in guy.

Further positive is he can play centrally and we mayb exactly that very shortly as a standin for Morelos.

Other option is for MF and maybe Rothwell of Blackburn would be that guy he has some pace and drive to move us forward something we have in Aribo but more required and also supercede him should he move . Again a name I see as the best fit for those that have been linked .

I’m not sure we need a RB though I’d leave that or cover it with Souttar if we feel we do

Its so clear what we need.

2 postions need filled

My concern is we need these players to be a certain level which costs alot of £. January a hard month to get the players we need too. I really hope we don't get 1 or 2 more squad fillers

It's also been confirmed that he's passed the threshold for being recalled with regards to games played. Norwich aren't going to send him back, so he won't be available for another loan until the summer.
 
Been told Barker is going nowhere due to no one wanting him. Even Oxford who took him last year don’t want him back.
