They have signed James Mccarthy

What's with the fake Irish accent?

He's lived in England for like 10/12 years, his accent would be closer to English.

FFS. Admin delete this if need be but listen to him talk in this interview:

Has he had a stroke or some form of brain damage?
I’m at the stage where I’m convinced he must have something wrong with him now.

He genuinely sounds like someone whose had some sort of trauma and speaks like a child now, with a basic grasp of the English language.

And that goes beyond just growing up in Castlemilk :D

He came across as a complete fud in that interview. Also, he looks like something out of Family Guy in his pictures from his signing.

He's a decent player, well he was a decent player but he really has offered so little for a few years now.

Put it this way if we signed joe Hart and James McCarthy (upbringing aside) to replace Allan McGregor and Steven Davis imagine the reaction of the fans

Appears to have trouble pronouncing his R’s.

I knew a guy that talked like that, I just couldn't be friends with him. Nice guy, but that voice is just too annoying. There was a guy on a Heart and Hand show, I think it was the quiz show. Couldn't pronounce R's and had a weird way of saying his L's. Nearly smashed my phone off the wall.

Sorry buddy if you're a poster here. It wasn't you, it was just your voice. :D

Played football with him in his Hamilton days and he never sounded like that. Bizarre!
