Which is why I said we haven’t kicked a ball yet as opposed to being a dig at the ‘result’Of course the TNS game should be ignored. Was a behind closed doors kick about.

We are all in every year with new players then let down. The proof will be on the park in the first 7 or 8 competitive games so let's see how it goes.Sound strange? With all the upheaval maybe but I think the sweeping changes are exactly what was needed and change of this magnitude can only happen once.
We have a Manager who gets it, who I believe, and I questioned his appointment, understands what's required now and going forward.
The concerns around signings have been blown away with the rapidity of the last two weeks and the promise of more to come.
Our players look sharp and engaged in the training - the new blood and departures may have finally broken the collective malaise which had plagued us for so long. Even Tav looks reborn.
From arguably our worst modern season performance to an open road with sky limits.
Its early days but I'm excited, optimistic and sure this is going to be a very special time.
Aye , sounds strange since we’ve not even kicked a ball in anger .Sound strange? With all the upheaval maybe but I think the sweeping changes are exactly what was needed and change of this magnitude can only happen once.

Christ, pre season world champs.
Our support is mental.
Agreed.I think at the very least we should get fully behind the new set up and be quietly optimistic. Give the boys time to gel and get used to what’s being asked.
Drop all negativity completely. It does nothing to help.
Everybody wants us firing and doing well and a buzzing Rangers support adds so much. Too early of course for that level of support to manifest but start positive and it’ll build.
Same guys will want a clear out if we lose first OF gameA few weeks ago 90% of the forum was in a rage at bringing in Martin. A few weeks later, couple of RTV interviews and a few English lower league signings and loans and there's cnuts ready to put the mortgage on the treble.
It's feeling very similar now to the Beale preseason.Do you remember a similar thread before the "Beale season?" I certainly do.
Some people simply refuse to learn.
And that stands whether we have a great season or a disastrous one.
Yes. If by strange you mean absolutely bat shit mental.Sound strange? With all the upheaval maybe but I think the sweeping changes are exactly what was needed and change of this magnitude can only happen once.

Nothing wrong with optimism.I was like everyone else I’ve spoken to.Underwhelmed with The managers appointment. But maybe that’s been a good thing.Quietly optimistic as the days go by that at last we are being run from top to bottom in a professional manner.Do you remember a similar thread before the "Beale season?" I certainly do.

Was a guy at one of the events about 4 games after clement joined, thanking him for giving him his club back. People just like to jump on two-footed.Christ, pre season world champs.
Our support is mental.
A wins a winChrist, not sure how you guage running around cones but I hope you're right.
Hopefully see some early signs of the intensity we will play at next Season, not expecting a great performance or even a good one today but show us signs of what we can expect
I will judge us at the end of September when we’ve had a few league games and know where we are Europe wise.I will judge us after the first round of league games.
Can't judge anything from pre-seasonPoor OPs going to get slaughtered here I feel
You can judge absolutely garbage defending in any game. Can't judge anything from pre-season
Yeah I read all this when we were signing Dessers, Danilo, Lammers and all that
Our best window ever we were being told on here, excitement was at fever pitch.

Pre-season friendlies mean nothing, it's just about fitness and belling a new squad, nothing can be read into the results either positive or negative. This aged well
Looks like the Beale pre season of 2 years ago. Still early days.
You are right, but with an early champions league qualifier, the signs aren't looking good for thatPre-season friendlies mean nothing, it's just about fitness and belling a new squad, nothing can be read into the results either positive or negative.
