Just when you thought that this year couldn't get any crazier, the BBC included this in tonight's match report ....

"No one is learning anything new by saying that this Rangers side are relentless, but their record is quite frankly ridiculous.

Taking 85 points from 92 on offer is a truly staggering return, and factor in 23 clean sheets and nine goals conceded from 31 games, we really are watching one of the best top-flight teams Scottish football has seen in modern times."

Whilst I agree with the facts, the sentiment is all about realisation sinking in and wanting to be a part of it, and not out in the cold on Skeletor corner.

Don’t worry, a negative article about the fireworks and fans outside tonight will be along shortly to try and spoil it. Won’t be working on me though, I‘d need a Mitre Mouldmaster in the face to even have a chance of wiping the smile away.
