Ive sent him up to the bank to stop the transaction, if not already taken.

Any advice should he have lost the money?

I’d cancel the card anyway. Whilst highly doubtful and I don’t know the legalities, maybe the transaction is already on ‘the books’ and maybe taken.

if you do not get the goods or services you paid for, including if the company has gone out of business
