They've been shafted by lack of IT support from Rangers/Hampden by the sound of it.

Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age that they had to key individual accounts.

Grim mate.

They've actually allocated me one comparable to my seat at Ibrox, CD4 front, halfway line, South Stand Upper half way line, it's on my profile on the official website, but.....I've got it into my head when they do email me it'll be in the East stand:eek:

Hopefully its south stand upper for you mate, that makes sense.

I’ve went from Govan Rear to row A in the west stand :D
 
Just received email with ticket for Motherwell once again, this time sent from Hospitality strangely.
 
My seats for Hampden will not be getting used by myself…CD2 to East Stand row F - nae danger.

Thankfully my laddie and his pal will take up the slack.

I’ll be in the boozer or on holiday in Germany, France etc.

Still no reply to my email as to why I’d had no confirmation email or an eticket as yet for Dynamo Kiev at Hampden. Bought at 12:15 on Friday

It’s sitting in my order history as purchased

Likewise, bought Friday lunchtime - no confirmation e-mail or e-tickets received. Tickets showing in history and money out of bank.
E-mailed yesterday for tickets to be sent, automated response received.

I've just got a reply to my email saying I hadn't received notification for the Motherwelll game,the reply received this morning doesn't have a QR code on it.
 
I had an email from Rangers Hospitality in my junk, I ignored it at first then opened it expecting to be an offer for some game or event, my ticket with QR for Motherwell was in that:oops:

I think it’s the case for a few fans. The customer service team are working through the requests just now. Motherwell emails are the more common one but they are working on it.
 
Brilliant. In the queue since half eleven for tickets for Motherwell and it's now a hour long wait to get on the site.

It shouldn't be this hard to give the club money.

Motherwell is on sale at 12pm for MyGers members today.

I'm trying to pick up extra tickets for a mate.

Is it maybe the full public sale that will be at 10am tomorrow?

Cheers. I'll check it out tomorrow too then. Need to try and get tickets near our other seats as there's kids coming.

I've not had an email from Rangers about it beyong the QR codes for our regular seats.
 
That ticket sale was quite easy actually! was on for 5 past 12! Hopefully the motherwell ones like that tomorrow morning.

Also there’s still loads of tickets left seems like hardly anyone’s going.
