They made the right decision, can you imagine the outcry on here if Tav of Morelos had got injured, right call for meIt was always happening given the weather forecast
Pitch will be rock solid

Those saying the pitch "looks fine" on the mobile phone videos posted on Twitter...you do realise it's how the pitch feels, not how it looks on low quality video?
Cowdenbeath are saying it's fine, but they could well be trying to avoid a fine for not having a playable pitch. Not worth risking injuries on an ice block.
I have it bro , can I cast it from my phone?
This is a deliberate attempt to create a fixture pile up. I can't believe anything else.
We have to wait another 12 days ? Before we can even attempt another go ?
Ffs just signed up to PS again for this!
I am led to believe it was us that asked for the inspection.Something stinks about this.
The winter break needs to be shifted to Jan-Feb.
Agreed.
If you can't take care of your pitch, the thing that you kind of need to play a game of football on, then just stop running a football club, shut it down.
Stop wasting money on shit players and staff, there is equipment you can buy that will get the games on if you really want them to be.
Pathetic from top to bottom.
The break is in place to benefit the players.
Plastic tonight! It’s a grass pitch mate.
What are Premier showing instead? Just switched on and it's just Sutton and Craigan giggling away like a couple of fannies.
They shouldn’t need a break.
Our players are going to be even more fûcked after playing twice a week for the next month than they would if they had just played two of they games over the previous two free weekends.
Forecast for the next 10 days or so is more of the same.Good to know they're going to chance it in 12 days on the same pitch at the exact same kick off time, bet it will feel like you're in Dubai then. Fixtures like this should have a reverse option that if the team cant provide a pitch to play on the away team hosts the match.
They shouldn’t need a break.
Every single league in Britain carries on as normal other than the top league in Scotland.

It’s nonsense and needs scrapped.
Yea it was pretty obvious our squad were crying out for a break, Hibs game it was clear as dayI'll take Gerrard and the players word that the break was well needed rather than yours.
Is it time for this winter break to be changed?
A year ago today, East Kilbride was under a foot of snow.

Should be the middle of January to the middle of February.
We played 38 games. I'd be interested as to whether any other team had played as many.
You can plan a pretty picnic but you can't predict the weather.
I'll take Gerrard and the players word that the break was well needed rather than yours.
Do you have a Chromecast/Googlecast in your TV?
If you do, try installing tubio on your phone, go to RangersTV on the app and you should be able to cast it from that.
Don’t think there’s any doubt that a break mid season is the way forward, but the way they work it by cramming games in December and rushing midweek games immediately after it nullifies itI didn’t specifically mean Rangers players, I was referring to the the top division in Scotland apparently needing a break whilst every other league in Britain carries on as normal.
We are now going to play 6 games in 2.5 weeks as a result of our league shutting down.
Just my opinion but I don’t think there’s any need for it when at least 2 of those games could have been played during the last 2 weekends.

Could be a blessing. Davis and Defoe in particular are used to pristine pitches all year round so avoiding that disgusting pitch tonight means they are injury free for Killie.
And next week, they'll be blaming the refKT, Craigan & Mutton on Premier all saying that it was the correct decision as parts of the pitch are very hard.
Craigan and Mutton have yet to get their 'orders'KT, Craigan & Mutton on Premier all saying that it was the correct decision as parts of the pitch are very hard.
I was about to ask this.
Snow was forecast for tonight in fife.
Would the game have been completed, and more importantly would our supporters have made it home ok.
Could have been a huge party at Jollybotanists place tonight.
