• Crowd disturbances – Art. 16 (2) (h) DR
• Field invasions by supporters – Art. 16 (2) (a) DR
• Acts of Damages – Art. 16 (2) (h) DR
Decision regarding Everton FC: The CEDB has decided to fine the English club €10,000.
Decision regarding HNK Hajduk Split: The CEDB has decided to fine the Croatian club €40,000. HNK Hajduk Split has also been ordered to contact Everton FC within 30 days for the settlement of the damages caused by its supporters.
