So far, leaving aside Group Stage Marketing revenue, where we will get a still to be established share of 168m Euros, our results have earned us just over 6.7m Euros.
Stage Participation:
240,000 €
260,000 €
280,000 €
2,920,000 €
Group Stage Results:
570,000 €
190,000 €
570,000 €
190,000 €
Ten Year Co-efficient Award
857,160 €
Calculated as 84m Euros split into 1176 parts, of which we get 12 - Don't even ask!!
Total: 6,077,160 €
In addition, our final game against Young Boys is worth a lot of money:
Group Winners get 1m Euros
Group Runners-Up get 500,000 Euros
Either way, participation in the Round of 32 gets an additional 500,000 Euros
Winning a Group game gets 570,000 Euros.
Also, when a match is drawn, rather than 570,000 Euros for a win, each team only get 190,000 Euros and UEFA hold back the extra 190,000 Euros. At the end of the group, the held back money is redistributed between the group participants proportionate to the amount of games won. ie. If we beat Young Boys and Porto draw with Feyenoord, there will have been 4 draws and 8 wins in our group, 3 of them by us. So, 760,000 Euros (4 x 190,000) will be divided by 8 shares, of which we would have 3, giving us a further 285,000Euros. (If we draw and Porto or Feyenoord win, we would only get 2/8ths so 190,000 Euros).
If you are still with me, a win against Young Boys will net us another 2,355,000 Euros, plus whatever additional marketing revenue we get.
