The OP used no pronoun in his sentence but I presume "you" was missed out.
You as in " one". I.e. People in general. One learns it in P3.
People have learned it in the past and youngsters still so do. Therefore I deliberately used the present tense. Honest!

There is also the fact they sold about 3 or 4 players to England who have then got sold on for much bigger fees.
So unfortunately they have a good rep with selling players. However the market will only pay what they think a player is worth, not what the Scottish media think.
They have loads of players who they have put massive price tags on but they never got the fees they wanted.

Gerrard knows the value of his players, thats the difference now. You wouldnt see McKay and Waggy or even Garner punted for pea nuts if he was here. Theres no chance Morelos or Tav will go for buttons now.
