Walter singing I Saw Her Standing There by The Beatles

Well I’m off to bed now and that has definitely brought a smile to my face and a lovely way to end what has been a horrible day.

He was a massive Meat Loaf fan too!

Two out of three ain’t bad was a particular favourite.

It's amazing to see that side of him to be honest. It was amazing to hear that he loved his music as well. A man of his era and enjoyed the 'classics' by all accounts. I dunno what else I expected, he was in his pomp in the 60s/70s, of course he was influenced by the music of the time. Like most people who grew up at that time.

When asked in an interview what kind of music he liked his reply was
"My taste in music is quite Catholic". Howling and heid scratching in the east end and confused to say the least.

Sorry to nitpick, but he meant "catholic".

Have made it through most of the tributes but that’s what’s got tears streaming down my face - legend is too small a word for that man!
