Doesn’t everybody know this?Got QPR riding high in the championship and Stevie G looking lost without him..
Beale would bring us 56 soon and a style of football that we would all love.
If he does well with QPR he will get a Premiership gig, no chance he will be at Ibrox.Beginning to look like he should have had the chance to step in.
If he does a good job at QPR I can’t see him back with us.
In an ideal world I would agree with you.Beale should not be near the Rangers manager's job until he sees a minimum of three years of sustained success.
Like Gerrard and Gio?Beale should not be near the Rangers manager's job until he sees a minimum of three years of sustained success.
3 years of success will see him out of our reach, a decent 18 months at QPR willl get him a good gig elsewhere.Beale should not be near the Rangers manager's job until he sees a minimum of three years of sustained success.
Gio? And the total regression he’s under seeing?Like Gerrard and Gio?
I thought he was flexible, we went from 2 wingers to two 10s because we weren't getting space, it was two deep lying midfielders that seemed to annoy everyone, unless my recollection is wrong. There was plenty of moaning when he was here, let’s not forget that.
I think he’ll go on to be a very good manager - and I wish him all the best - but the inflexible ‘two number 10s’ style had plenty of critics when we failed to break teams down.
There were numerous occasions we looked flat, devoid of ideas and unfit too, particularly during our two post-Christmas collapses.
If people see him as the architect of the good things, then we can’t dismiss the failings too.
Gio was at Feyenoord for 3 years and won the league and two Dutch cups, which is a great record for them, so I would say he had sustained success.Like Gerrard and Gio?
But gio is ex gers !!Beginning to look like he should have had the chance to step in.
If he does a good job at QPR I can’t see him back with us.
Beale should not be near the Rangers manager's job until he sees a minimum of three years of sustained success.
You don't get any Manager from England coming to Rangers if they've had a minimum of 3 years sustained success.
I wanted him to take over from Gerrard IMO he would have taken the job.Got QPR riding high in the championship and Stevie G looking lost without him..
And when was the last time that we had a manager who came here on the back of three years of sustained success?Beale should not be near the Rangers manager's job until he sees a minimum of three years of sustained success.
Beale should not be near the Rangers manager's job until he sees a minimum of three years of sustained success.
And Warburton came here after a purple patch 18 months with Brentford. Not 3 years of sustained success.I don’t agree with that. Warburton came here and he was viewed as a success. Our job is bigger than 90% of the jobs in England.
The art of great leadership is building a team of complementary skills. Gerrard, for all his inexperience when he joined us, recognised this fully and acted accordingly.Without doubt Beale was the brains of the operation. From what Halliday has said in his Open Goal stuff it seems that Beale would lead the coaching sessions and tactical meetings. Gerrard has said himself that he surrounded himself with people who were specialised in their roles.
Would definitely have Beale back.
Like our current manager.Beale should not be near the Rangers manager's job until he sees a minimum of three years of sustained success.
