Didn't realise he was that old. A couple of years younger I'd probably have said yes. There's got to be better potential RBs out there, and I don't even think Clyne would solve the Tav problem in that he too is an attacking full-back and could potentially be wrong-footed by the physical, hammer-thrower types that populate SPFL.

A fit Clyne is on a different planet to Tavernier. Problem is, he's rarely been fit the last two seasons. He was excellent at Southampton and in Klopp's first season.
