Need a good lawyer to enforce the cover, insurance companies have been quite imaginative getting out of pandemic cover thus far....

So people can make complaints in every thread that someone mentioned them, obviously. Why does every thread end up with a reference to them.
Proberbly, but it is bizarre that someone automatically thinks about how to bring them in to a thread when it's absolutely nothing to do with them.So people can make complaints in every thread that someone mentioned them, obviously.
The Group has submitted a claim on its Business Interruption insurance for losses caused by COVID-19, the curtailment of the 2019/20 season and the ongoing pandemic, which continues to impact a number of revenue streams and the use of the Stadium. The scale and timing of any claim is uncertain, however we have recognised amounts received from our insurers against our claim to date.I’ve not had a chance to look over them, can you copy the note?
Last I heard many insurers were refusing to pay out on claims such as this and there was a few test cases making their way through the courts - this was back in roughly May / June and I’ve not heard anything since. Hopefully we’re not caught up in similar.

It's embarrassing how often it happens, people actually read threads and automatically think of them.I can see how that can be irritating but when it comes to ‘big Duffy’ I’m all for it
It was in The High Court this week. The FCA has led the action against insurers refusing or part paying claims. Decision in Jan or Feb.Need a good lawyer to enforce the cover, insurance companies have been quite imaginative getting out of pandemic cover thus far....

Because they are our greatest rivals and when something favourable goes for us we all live in hope that it goes negatively for them. Why does every thread end up with a reference to them.
Have we made any statement of amounts claimed and possibly in next years accounts.
I think many people will proberbly agree with me that’s not the only bizarre thing about this thread.Proberbly, but it is bizarre that someone automatically thinks about how to bring them in to a thread when it's absolutely nothing to do with them.
You sir are a genius.Because they are our greatest rivals and when something favourable goes for us we all live in hope that it goes negatively for them.
It’s kind of how rivalries operate.
Invite them over for a pangolin supper to show our appreciation.Good to see that the Shenzhen deal has finally beared fruit.

Some actually enjoy the favourable thing going for us without bothering about them, if when something good happens for Rangers and the first thought turns to them maybe ur more interested in them.Because they are our greatest rivals and when something favourable goes for us we all live in hope that it goes negatively for them.
