Are you sure? The pornstar was just providing tax advice to Murray regarding the EBTs. The leak, certainly to the RTC blog was someone who had access to the HMRC case against Rangers given the level of detail the blog was posting. The blog was posting about specific players, salary and bonus information.

Not sure but I heard it from a guy I know who was certainly on secondment to HMRC legal dept. I've heard the same from several sources now.

Also, if you read the Daily Record article, you will have seen that his intervention prompted a very negative response from a Labour Party MSP. I appreciate that that particular fact might stick in your craw, but it does not make it any less true.
