Football Scotland still disagrees.
"The winner of the Scottish Cup qualifies for the second qualifying round, but this is only open to the winner of the tournament, not a beaten finalist.
If the winner of the Scottish Cup has already qualified for Europe, as with Celtic in the past two seasons, then the second-placed team in the Premiership goes into the second qualifying round, and the team in fourth goes to the first qualifying round."

Their wrong read through the bert kassies site because scotlands seeded 26th in the co efficient other countries teams will go into the later rounds
I don't know the answer, I was just quoting their take on it.
It's particularly difficult because the Rangers management team have said similar.

He was also mistaken as i said it's due to Scotland falling down the co efficient rankings check rangeral posting on it he explained it better but were definitely starting in round 1 & seeded in round 2
If we get to the 2nd round we could meet Lechia Gdańsk, that will allow us to suss out the place before the final.
Were in the 1st Round, all 3 Scottish sides will enter at the same stage.
