What countries can you make a Rangers 11 from?

Players have to have played for the first team at some point in a competitive fixture.

Obviously Scotland and England is easily done. I'm guessing it's maybe just about possible with NI players if you include kids.

I thought holland would be easy but I'm 1 player short I think. Is Germany possible? What about Italy? (no gk though I don't think).

The only other one I reckon is actually possible from the top of my head is france.

Anyone know for a fact what countries you can do it with?
