It's a pen based on the rules. Granted it's harsh as %^*&, but it's a pen.

It’s not. Every time it hits someone’s hand doesn’t mean it’s a pen. It rebounds off his foot first before it hits the hand.

Law 12 specifically covers this situation and says that it’s not handball if it first hits the player’s own head or body (including the foot).

Commentary on Wednesday night went on to remind the viewers that Dallas awarded Rangers four penalties at Ibrox a few months ago but of course after this, due to the outcry Referees were reluctant to give us a spot kick, no matter how blatant.

The 4 penalties was 18/19 we got quite a few that season about 12 think tav scored them all apart from 1
Last season we got 3 in league they got 5

If we were the scum and today's ref was poet Thompson then when the ball comes off muthe defenders foot and hits his hand then it is a pen especially if they are trailing 1 _ 0 but for us no chance especially from Walsh .

Apart from the handball, which I did not think was a penalty, that was nothing else.
If Barker had thrown himself to the ground near the end when he was about to have a shot that got taken off his toes we might’ve got one then
