When does season tickets get issued?

Bought a season ticket a few weeks back and it's all gone through ok - payment etc been accepted. When should I receive the card through the post?

Before the first league game. Everyone is being sent a new smart card.

Usually you’d of received it by now or atleast close to.

This season however everyone is getting a new card as were upgrading the turnstiles and they’re not expected to arrive until just before the season starts.

did you get a high up or wet seat ? everybody is waiting on new smart cards just now.
