What's the rules on players having to isolate of someone in their household tests positive but they don't? I heard someone talk about this happening to them the other day so it is possible.

Current guidelines are that anyone who lives with a person that tests positive is out for 10 days mate. Not sure if this applies to professional athletes though.

PCR is recorded. Clubs cannot afford that everyday, but LFT can, as you say, be open to errors. Technically, LFT should be recorded also.
