I would expect UEFA to be correct with 19:00 Dutch time so 18:00 UK.

Bit strange mind how neither Club have confirmed it yet if it is that time mind. I would only take one of them announcing it as confirmation personally.

Sometimes it can depending on the deal in place but I am sure despite been one leg that the home club is still allowed to set the kick-off time

Can't see any potential lockdown having an effect on the footy. That will go ahead as usual due to the testing and no crowds. Can't see there being another lock down either tbh pubs and the like could be closed again but a full lockdown nah

The coverage was a joke they had the cheek to blame the local broadcaster sorry local broadstater.... clearly pish as the Spurs game had exactly the same issues. Premier are shockingly bad.
