I don't think for a minute he will but he offers us a lot more than Scott Wright does.

Lowry comes across as someone who wouldn't be intimidated by the size of the game.

He's going to be a superstar

If it’s a straight competition between him and Wright, Wright has done well in the last few rounds of this tournament and deserves his place.

Lowry is a great option to have on the bench though depending on how the game pans out.

It's mad to think Wright will be starting in a European final for us given that he could barely make the bench at times this season but I think Gio will go with him due to his defensive work rate as well. I think that's why he prefers him to Sakala.

he should be taken on about 60 minutes,

no point in 80-90 minutes substitution unless we are winning and having to hold

I tend to agree with you ,IMO he's a good option to have on the bench but I do believe Gio's tactics playing with a false No 9 was spot on against RB Leipzig.
