Zlatan - knee injury

Saw on IFTV that he’s requiring a knee operation which will see him sidelined for 7-8 months and is deciding wether to retire or not.

Wonder if this will finally be the end of him or if he’ll have some sort of miracle and stick around playing at 40.

It's hard to think this is just a way so he can get out his contract and play for Celtic, as apparently every career choice he has made for the last 27 years has somehow linked to them

He would be as well chucking it now and going out on a massive high. He'll still be involved in football regularly as the mad bastard is well worth getting on TV for a laugh at least. Him cutting about with the trophy and a massive cigar hanging out his gub was just pure Zlatan.

He'll get straight on the blower to Big Marvin to be referred to the big man and a bit of devine intervention.
Was supposed to be done after that knee injury at United which he somehow recovered from early. Wouldn't be surprised if the madman signs a new deal and recovers :D

The guy backs up all his statements. Guy is a legend.

No doubt he'll be pulling on his beloved green and white hoops soon enough given that's what that lot have been telling me for the best part of 10 years now ....

Love the Zlatan interviews-much better than the generic pish other sports stars put out. He doesn't get mentioned in the same breath as Ronaldo and Messi when he should.

What a man

Reminds me of big Marv when he done his knee but believed in faith healing to get him through the season...

Poor bastard ended up missing the World Cup because of it.

What a way for him to bow out! Been lucky enough to see some great players like Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar, Bruce Anderson etc. play in the flesh but never Zlatan, gutted
