This would need 11 of the clubs to vote for it yeah? Let's hope Hearts stick to their guns.
Hibs, Motherwell and Celtic now calling for this.

Bizarre. In the best form for years and years and they want to bring it to a stop why?Motherwell want it brought forward.
Because the are skint and likely wanting the cash from playing games TBF. It’s just hilarious they actually think fans will be allowed back anytime soon.Bizarre. In the best form for years and years and they want to bring it to a stop why?
Money. The loss of attendances.Bizarre. In the best form for years and years and they want to bring it to a stop why?
I tried to be precise with my quote he definitely inferred more than one. That’s good as some means more than one
Money. The loss of attendances.
All we need to say is that we would love to agree to the winter break but due to the AFCON we cannot agree to postponing games and playing them in January.I’m sorry but the PR machine for Celtic is a lot easier than it is for us. What would our realistic message be that wouldn’t just get laughed at?
St Mirren have already had that request rejected.
They will however get to avoid their game against us on boxing day when / if this pish regarding the winter break goes ahead.
So just another small detail to benefit the mentally challengeds.
They need to hold firm. Albeit, it’s the SPFL boards call, not the clubsBurrows on Clyde
“zoom call this evening”
“Some clubs in favour some not”
Some laughAccording to Burrows it’s not even a vote scenario, spfl board decision…
Shifty McGifty enters stage right. They need to hold firm. Albeit, it’s the SPFL boards call, not the clubs
With Tony Watt rejecting a contract and could be away in the transfer window, you would think they would want to get as much out of him as possible.Bizarre. In the best form for years and years and they want to bring it to a stop why?
51% I thinkWhat % is needed to pass?
The amount of charlatans on that boardShifty McGifty enters stage right.
The 2021/22 SPFL Board is made up of Neil Doncaster (CEO), Murdoch MacLennan (Chairman), Karyn McCluskey (non-executive), Ron Gordon (Hibernian), James MacDonald (Ross County), Stewart Robertson (Rangers), Les Gray (Hamilton Academical), Ross McArthur (Dunfermline Athletic), Alastair Donald (Forfar Athletic) and Paul Hetherington (Airdrieonians).
I don’t understand. When did the SPFL get the power to decide? They need to hold firm. Albeit, it’s the SPFL boards call, not the clubs
Agreed. We need to get ourselves out of this league run for one club only . Start down south in the 4th division we will be there for the journey to the top again.I say this a lot but I think this time I mean it, if this is voted through then I am done with Scottish football and following anything within it:
It’s not a vote. This is a misconception the SPL board will hear from clubs and make a decision. It’s not a vote. There’s 4 votes there that will decide it from teams it won’t even effect as they aren’t in the top flight with a winter break
Sky need to oppose it strongly, that will put these arseholes in their place.I say this a lot but I think this time I mean it, if this is voted through then I am done with Scottish football and following anything within it:
Sturgeon will align a review of fans at sport events to marry with the 6 Nations, wouldn’t be shocked if they fuddle some 30% BS for Scotland v England on the 5th Feb as some magical test event then no fans at events again for another 7 months
Yes. It’s not a vote. It’s a zoom call where the board will get the overall feeling from the clubs and make a decision. It’s literally not a vote. It may result in a defacto vote but it’s not an issue that is voted on. That is a fact. That makes no sense
How do the SPFL board decide how to proceed without them voting amongst themselves (the likes of Doncaster, Airdrie, Dunfermline etc)
Do they just talk about it and Doncaster just makes the decision himself?
So what is it?It’s not a vote. This is a misconception the SPL board will hear from clubs and make a decision. It’s not a vote.
Absolutely being halted thenShifty McGifty enters stage right.

Don’t think it matters who our representative is on that board, we’re never stopping them passing it imo.Stewart Robertson is an absolute wet wipe. He won’t be doing anything
Stewart Robertson is an absolute wet wipe. He won’t be doing anything
Whose responsibility is it to adjudicate on any motion put to the SPFL board ?Absolutely being halted then
I don’t know if we took it as far as we could or we just decided to chuck it but this is where our failure to get rid of MacLennan/Doncaster comes back to but us in the arse.
Stewart Robertson is an absolute wet wipe. He won’t be doing anything
And nations leagueWill be full attendances in time for the 6 nations nothing surer
Is that right?
Know him well do you?
I think we are being delusional if anyone thinks she will lift everything in 3 weeks time. she has always been brutal and over cautious implementing restrictions and slow and steady(to the extreme) when removing them. Unless figures come down dramatically the restrictions will continue for another 3 weeks at least
Shouldn’t we wait and see what he has to say before making judgement ? We haven’t heard from the club yetI know people who know him well and they are all in agreement that he isn’t the man to lead rangers. I trust their judgment
