Even the Celtc man whoever it is on co comms says it's a hand ball and penalty. Says he's (Carter vickers) very lucky not to concede a penalty. But it's not fortunate we all know that. McLean's never giving it.
 
You know its a penalty when Michael Stewart says “it’s a stonewaller” against his beloved hoops. Keep wondering when their luck will run out but it appears these decisions keep going in their favour.

Another decision goes the way of Celtic. As obvious a hand ball you will ever see. Not a chance the ref missed it either, he just didn't want to give it. You could see the shame in his face. Raith should have been going fucking tonto over it.
 
Please please please bring in VAR. Of course decisions will go against us as well but this is utterly shocking. %^*& me they’ve even got VAR in Australia before us ahahaha
 
Referee looking right at it...even Stevie Wonder shouted for the pen and Fanta Baws says penalty all day long.
 
Steven McLean obviously does not want to be demoted by awarding a genuine penalty. Either that he is another Madden, Beaton type. Shitbag

Off the top of my head

Aberdeen, Motherwell, Livingston, Ross County and Dundee United all denied stonewallers. And suffice it to say those decisions were the difference makers in each of those games. And now this one today.

Dundee United, Motherwell, Livvy and now Raith Rovers at the Piggery denied penalties. The one denied to Aberdeen at Pittodrie midweek was just as bad.

Bitton, already on a yellow at Tynecastle, breaks up a Hearts move forward on their goal by playing basketball in the midfeld. No second yellow.

Who will give a penalty against them then? That’s Motherwell, Dundee United, the sheep and now Raith Rovers all denied stonewall penalties against them. Not to mention the offside goals against the sheep and Hearts the seem to have got. The referees clearly need help so VAR is the only answer. Due to the pressure out on referees they seem scared to make a decision against them. Well apart from Kevin Clancy who is a cheat.

Probably so he’s ready to come on immediately if there is an injury enforced sub. Pretty smart tbh. Just a few days back it took Barisic about 5 minutes to get ready to come on for Balogun.

Not to mention the offside goals they seem to have benefited from against Hearts and the sheep.
 
They defo don’t seem their usual high intensity selfs since the goal. Ange going mad. Seen to have went 1-0 and relaxed and think it’s over

It needs someone calling out the consistent decisions they have got this season. And not just penalties. Offside goals. Free kicks given that weren’t. And the amount of fouls they can commit without being carded.
