Its very funny but they've laid the groundwork themselves by going mental about their wins over Barcelona and Lazio in recent times. Getting the disco lights installed and banging on and on and on about Euro nights at "paradise". Playing up the disparity in wealth between Scottish clubs and the Germans etc to big up their own achievements suddenly needs to be ignored because we have done the unthinkable.
Us doing so well in Europe, stopping 10 in a row and so on was not part of their plans so now they have to backtrack massively. The Aussies league win is the most important ever and Europe doesn't matter.
For me, we have done what any ambitious club should do. Have a spectacular domestic season and then follow that up in Europe the following season. They had how many consecutive shots at Europe and did absolutely nothing?
Make no mistake, Frankfurt v Rangers is the biggest match of their season now too.
