I don’t think he’s doing it on purpose, I think he’s asking players to do things they aren’t great at.

As a manager he should be able to spot when something isn't working - or people can't or won't do what he is asking and make the changes. Instead, he's happy to do nothing and just let the player suffer a poor display. That'll do nobody's confidence any good.
