Has a slot on H&H and thinks he’s royalty. I think David Edgar is brilliant, I think H&H on the whole is brilliant - also a mention for 4Lads blog

However bloggers like the one quoted do nothing to dispel the myth some fans think writing a blog makes their opinion more valid that others, also adding the smugness into the mix

There’s guys hardly missed games in years being spoken down to by someone that’s came out of the woodwork to write a B team blog
 
Bit tame for my liking, I'd have liked to have seen them getting a harder time than that.

I like big Colak but the fact he felt comfortable to approach the fans to give someone his top at the end of a 2-1 defeat against St Johnstone says it all about the mentality of this squad. A lot of them just don't seem to get it.

Is it just me, “you don’t appreciate us” I heard the guy say, who gives a %^*&, would it make the result acceptable if they came over for selfies?

By all means let that shower know how pish they were but don’t moan about how anyone didn’t come and thank you for making the long trip.

Ajax fans would have smashed the bus up. Italian Ultras would have broken into Tav's gaff and threatened him. Eastern European Ultras would have broke into the training ground on Tuesday and put the fear of god in to them all.

I'm not saying any of the above is okay. But waiting for the team to leave the stadium, to have, what seemed fairly civilised words with the players, is fucking angelic behaviour by comparison.

Whether he meant the UB or the wider fanbase in general. It matters not a fucking jot, because the players have shown this season that they don't appreciate the support they get. If they do, then they've got a funny way of showing it.

No because it totally sums up this group of players. Hide from taking any form of responsibility. Full time after a defeat and they disappear quicker than a flash.

Did any player speak to the press after today? Didn’t think so.

Players turning there backs on thousands of fans game in game out is unacceptable.

Teams been the same for years, happy to take the plaudits but scurry away when they’ve been shown up
 
If they are complaining about the players firing straight up the tunnel, they have a valid point which looks to have been put forward in a very constructive way. Fair play to Tav for listening as well. The players should be acknowledging the fans who have spent 1000s over the last few years. It looks like some are coasting - that’s just not acceptable at Rangers. If Glenn Kamara/Alfie etc feel they can do better elsewhere they should go.

I get it splits opinion but the expectation from ultras groups are that they are acknowledged irrespective of result - and as someone alluded to above, they’re lucky the ultras scene in the UK is watered down or they’d been heading back to Glasgow in on a bus with tanned windows.

Nobody dislikes the displays, nobody dislike the noise in otherwise quiet games

Do we even have a clue what was said, as most of it can't be heard, and would make the difference.

If the guy is having a go at the players because they don't give a %^*& and forget about it as soon as they %^*& off down the tunnel, then good on him.

Some of them players don't give a %^*&, not saying they should sit in a dark room all week not speaking to anyone, but they should at least have some pride and self respect.

I’ve seen normal fans direct much worse than that towards players. This notion UB are acting like Celtic fans for voicing displeasure is a nonsense

I remember the We Deserve Better campaign and the protests outside the main stand. Were the people protesting then acting like Celtic fans?

Was there not something silly like an ex-RST member saying we deserved better because of corner kicks? Sure I’ve seen it mentioned before
 
We were all willing to bask in the light shone upon our club, in the wake of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II death, in the UK and beyond because of the brilliant display served up by the Union Bears. If this is there way of communicating discontent with player efforts via our club captain I say let them at it, the lads have earned it.

UBs are fantastic at games keeping the atmosphere going, but this was embarrassing to watch... Don't know who thought this was a good idea to put up on Twitter and YouTube?!

Spot on, it’s been building for weeks after the game against Livingston Tavs literally standing arguing with Kamara to get him to go applaud the fans
Win lose or draw all the players should be going at least a few yards towards the away end, some people think the ub want them to walk up and personally thank them all which is not the case IMO it’s more about them showing appreciation for the whole away end who spend a helluva lot of money following them about and they can’t even take 15 seconds to clap and show appreciation
 
Go on the ub lads. I’ve nothing against Tav personally but he needed a few home truths. If only the manager came out and listened instead but a think he knows it’s curtains for him. Zero violence like the tai*s in 2020 just a few words spoken. We’re 7 points behind on bonfire night. The same manager lost a 7 point advantage. We’re rightfully angry.

I’ve been rode stinking for £180 for a CL package that we couldn’t compete in apparently. I’m getting horsed for a game that’s in 2 months time shortly as well.

The tai*gs caused riots in 2020 when we won 55 and we all mocked them. But their board woke up and had a total shake up top to bottom. Now they are ahead again.

What are we supposed to do? Take the moral high ground, keep buying my gers £180 CL packages and the 1000 tops that get released each season and stay quiet because that’s what they want. Customers not supporters.

For what it’s worth, there was nae abuse and Tav took it well. It’s about time Park, Robertson, Wilson and gio last of all gtf out of our club.
 
I agree with the fans arguing with Tavernier.

Fucking does my nut in about the lack of appreciation the players show sometimes, any away game its a half hearted walk over and clap. Euro aways and you’d be lucky if the majority of the players come within 100 yards of the away section before sneaking off if we’ve not managed a result. Pisses me off when you consider the time, effort, distance and not to mention cost of getting there to support them.

What makes it worse is seeing the Celtic players relationship with the fans, right up to the away end after games etc etc. Pumped last week in Madrid but basically walked round the full stadium showing their appreciation to the fans.

Slag me if you want but I’m willing to bet there are plenty who agree with me
