AGM today

This in spades.

"To win as many trophies as possible." Come on, man. You can surely do better than that.

Wilson, Bennett, Robertson and the Park's. Hopeless. The last four are not modern day football men.

To win as many trophies as possible - how do you plan on going about that; appointing manager after manager, allowing your SD to fail in his role, signing up ageing players, keeping the band together hoping everything will be alright?

Beale has a massive job on his hands if he's expected to turn shit into success. He needs a miracle.

January transfer window will be interesting. The summer will be even more telling. The squad might not be broken but it's made up of players who are ageing, out of contract, past their best and haven't kicked their own arse all season and have continually let the club down, even during the Gerrard era.

Does the guy Allan Harris still go to the AGM? I could imagine him asking the question about high net worth individuals.

I don't doubt for much more than a second we would have offered Dutch players, Wilson for all his faults signed players who were the Nationality of other managers he worked, likely too many.

Can see the sense in the idea another coach recruited might get more out of players than a manager just sacked

not one for defending RW but we criticise him when we believe he is making the signings without the manager and we no criticise him for signing players the managers want, and then making profit when it doesn’t work out
Of course, like the profit we'll turn on multiple players who were worth a lot but they've badly managed contract situations which will likely see us losing 10's of millions of potential fees.

Did you miss the announcement?

" Aye, but, aye but fvck the board, shysters to a man! Totally bullshitters man who need to get out of my club!"

Ive seen it on here a few times but people really shouldn't get so annoyed at the questions today, it was always going to happen

On one hand you have annoyances within a support that people on here, or other social media platforms, think are far more relevant and widespread among the support than they really are. That's the problem with the echo chamber of social media.

You then have our shareholders getting up this morning, having a coffee and heading to the AGM. Of course a lot of them will have similar annoyances but as we've seen today its just not matters that people are as raging about as social media makes out.

If that makes sense?

The fact the club are willing to offer Morelos a new deal is frightening in itself after the utter garbage he’s served us up for months

That he clearly believes he merits a payrise going by the wording is utterly laughable.

We rejected 1 offer for each player. If a club offered us £500k for Morelos in January it would be worthwhile taking it ffs.

Understand that asking about recruitment etc is needed, but Wilson/Beale are put in an impossible position. Can hardly say the signings are a lot of shite when they have to work with them.
Its the kind of question where anything other than a safe, political, answer is going to make the situation worse.

New manager coming in is expected to sit there as Wilson admits that all the players are rubbish.

We like to think that as a support if we just demand high standards then success will follow. If football was that easy then every club would just so that.

Because they seem to only act so strongly when it’s something that directly impacts them.

It was nothing to do with that was more to show the idiots running the game don't know their own rules and all part of trying to remove the likes of Doncaster, Mclennan and the lawyer guy (forgot his name).

We deserve all we get as a fanbase!.
Nothing about Sydney, nothing about our current scoreline in legal cases, draining scarce funds.
As long as Mygers tiers are explained, ma wean can get Rangers bedclothes, and I can get a season ticket for the Albion.
SR, RW, DP et al, will be up in the Ibrox suites later today, pissing themselves and clinking champagne glasses.
Mental.

You obviously haven’t rewatched the videos of Balogun’s performances against Malmo at Ibrox and Sparta Prague away. Awful simply doesn’t cover it. Souttar is a much better player.
I watched Souttar's early performances for us, his only performances for us and all were worse.

Balogun gave us a lot of good solid performances and goals, Souttar is unlikely to contribute anything and I'd be stunned if we get 10 games out of him by the end of the season.

Terrible signing that many of us forseen.

Would it not have been the same issue with the league sponsor being Ladbrokes and us using 32Red for instance? A conflict of interests?

A much better summary by David Edgar.
