And me, sooner he goes back to Wolves the better.Looked like a dive from me
Why would he dive though when he knows there was nobody near him and he had an open goal? I think he is terrible and I cant stand his theatrics to the point id happily not see him play for us again but on this occasion, come on man. He absolutely didnt dive. He's dived, he even throws his hands up in the air theatrically. If we hadn't be 2 up every single person in here would be agreeing. Instead people are saying he tripped lmfao!
Correct.Don't know how people can think he was diving. He clearly tripped and he didn't even try to appeal it. Can see he was annoyed with himself. Some people just want to be offended and find things to slag our players.
Thought this at the time when I was in the ground and having watched it back a good few times this morning I think this is what he was up to, he must have thought there was a hearts player behind him. I have no other explanation of what he was trying to do. Bit embarassing if you ask meIt looked suspiciously like he was diving.
Nothing weird about it,you have just described the definition of a dive.No matter how many times I replay this - or try to come up with explanations - I've come to the conclusion it's just a very weird event - worthy of an X factor episode
I don't see caught studs, diving attempts or normal reasons to stumble
On the admittedly limited amount of football I've played at a pretty low level - I can't recall a similar moment
I've been barged off the ball, fouled, tripped & fallen over with the best of them
- But I can't recall any occassion where both legs tumble in unison with no contact
Like I said earlier - very weird5
Looked like his legs just suddenly stopped working.
I have, he was running at speed not really expecting a pass let's face it nobody expected Dessers to make a pass by the time he realised he caught his toe in the turf! Many years ago something similar happened to me and I went over the ball and fell like that though it wasn't in front of goal!
That just about ended me. Wife and two boys in the kitchen all staring at me while I almost choked myself laughing.
ExactlyHe stumbled we’ve all done it get over it for fks sake , don’t play into the Tim narrative
That is what happened he didn't expect the pass, tried to adjust his speed dragging toe of his left boot keeled over and tried to land without injuring himself the end!thats what i thought, like he pulled the hand brake and keeled over
Anyone with a bit of sense would know this! Only a Richard Head would support that Scabby lying Tim theory on here!He stumbled we’ve all done it get over it for fks sake , don’t play into the Tim narrative
Umar was 21 when he did that (in 2018).Umar Sadiq vs Aberdeen
Ok not as bad
It wasn’t.Is it that funny?
Why would he dive there wasn’t a Hearts player within at least 4ft of him .He's dived, he even throws his hands up in the air theatrically. If we hadn't be 2 up every single person in here would be agreeing. Instead people are saying he tripped lmfao!
Who knows?!Why would he dive there wasn’t a Hearts player within at least 4ft of him .
Cause he didn’tWho knows?!
No need to throw your hands up like that if you trip yourself.Open goal and no Hearts player near him so he decided to dive , drivel.
I think it is more and more obvious the more I watch it that he is doing that thing where someone walks infront of you and you don't want to touch them. You put your hands up and check your feet. I think he was not expecting the pass, the pass was slightly behind him and he figured it was for a Rangers player running in behind him. Not wanting to touch the ball and take it off someone's toes, he stopped his feet dead and did that weird arm thing we all do when we check our forward momentum. No need to throw your hands up like that if you trip yourself.
Instinct would be to put them down to protect yourself from the fall.
Looks like a dive to me too.
He's a strange lad!
I hope Silva has played his last game for the club. He makes Dessers look like Eusebio by comparison.
His dive today is genuinely one of the most embarrassing things I’ve ever witnessed in a game. Mind blowing.
Dive or not. Embarrassing or not. The guy is just not Rangers class and should never feature for us again.
35 million British pounds. The wolves board must have been blootered
He's dived, he even throws his hands up in the air theatrically. If we hadn't be 2 up every single person in here would be agreeing. Instead people are saying he tripped lmfao!
It wasn't a dive in the sense of trying to win a penalty. He clearly just caught his studs in the turf - but it was embarrassing and certainly not funny in the slightest, in my opinion.
