Think the law was both feet must be on the line no movement allowed but it wasn't enforced. Now changed but with VAR they are checking it. Sadly its up to goalkeepers to adapt.

VAR wasn’t the issue here though - it was the change in rules regarding feet placement when facing a penalty kick. Referee could have ordered the retake without any VAR.
