3 games across the 3 BT channels

LASK 0 Brugge 1
Apoel 0 Ajax 0
Cluj 0 Slavia 1

Half time in all games.

Had all home teams for 1st booking, low and behold lovely football team Ajax get 3 booked before Apoel.

Watching the Apoel - Ajax game. Apoel should be in the lead.

Just looking a Cypriots teams records in Europe over the last 10 years. Absolutely sensational - 5 teams have qualified for the group stages of CL or EL. CL last 8 and last 16 of EL.

What are they doing that Scottish teams can’t?

Been watching the Cluj game and they're a bang average outfit. Happy to invite teams onto them at home and try to make most of counter attacks. Says plenty about how bad the yahoo defence is that they managed to ship 4 goals to them.

Yeah, watched the first half. Really poor.

I keep an eye on Cypriot football on youtube. Basically the quality is not brilliant but they do try to play the game. Their refs apply the rules properly so it's no surprise to them when free kicks are given in Europe. to top it off their club squads are awash with southern Europeans (particularly Blakans), Africans and some South Americans, very few natives. Foreigners are not the best quality but they are decent.

Var in the qualifiers why all the talk in the commentary

There was an incredibly dodgy call in the LASK/Brugge game.

Brugge player was offside and didn't have any contact, but a penalty was given and scored by the away side.

What's worse is that they waited three minutes for the Var decision, allowed the penalty to take place then showed that VAR pictures proving the Brugge player was offside.

AIK are more than halfway through their season so will be primed. My only downside if they go out is that (if we qualify), they will play in the league before us.
Doesn’t matter. Having to potentially sell a key player to cover the shortfall would be more of an advantage. They will still face the same shite, whether it’s on Saturdays or Sundays.

Moussa Al Tamari looks a player

Imo Good! If our players knowing what they need to do prior to every game still don't succeed, then we're not ready for 55. This is why Davis, King, Defoe, Helander are here for the full season

Hope Ajax get pumped.

Shut that lady's front bottom Van Der Saar up after saying teams like Ajax and Celtic shouldn't have to rely on their countries coefficient to qualify.
In fairness Ajax are a special club in the history of the European game and are one of the most successful clubs overall. Only 4 or 5 clubs have won more. Celtc are not.

Indeed. For all Lawwell might try to influence the argument of favouring the previous winners, during any CL restructuring conversations, you just cannot compare Ajax and the paedos in European football.

It's obscene on so many levels.

Ajax a club renowned for their impeccable progression of youngsters.

Sellick a vile institution renowned for their disgusting treatment of victims, while playing the VicTims.

Polar opposites.

Ajax a cornerstone club.

Celtic a seedy basement club.
