Yeah 2/3 million max anything above it’s a crazy. His defending is brutal & his final ball is worse. No doubt an “undisclosed fee” which then shows up in their accounts next year as 2.5mil.
Just to back up my own point:Celtic have a long history of over-egging their player sales. Dembele when he went to Lyon was rumoured to be £35m-£40m, but is now quoted at just £18m (still a lot but half what they claimed). Tierney is similar.
I think they had up what the deal could be - so forecast future sell-ons etc - and then add on the players wages for the deal to inflate the figures that get banded about.
By who - Leverkusen ?Confirmed Leverkusen for 10 million GBP.
I would guess that this is the reason he wants to go somewhere else. He sure as hell is not getting any kind of coaching at the current shamble. If he’s properly coached and start to learn how to cross the ball he would be a very dangerous player.
Just to back up my own point:
'Fee could be'. So based on future sell-on clause, appearances, international call-ups etc. Reality is they'll be getting less than half that.
Source?Confirmed Leverkusen for 10 million GBP.
10 games without a win !!
It was my thread earlier that got chopped.
Yes £10m to Leverkusen is the deal.
This now means our top players value much higher you would think.
Crazy money.
Fee could be 10million Euros.
IF it is £10m then Borna must be worth at least £20 if/when we sell him.
Ping pong looks decent going forward and can beat a man but his final ball is pish...just like his defending.
So that already knocks £1m off the £10m quoted. Take off City’s 30% and we are looking at around £6m and that’s without taking add ons into consideration.Fee could be 10million Euros.

Replacing Lars Bender with....Just to back up my own point:

Could be around 10 million EUROS which is £8,800,000Just to back up my own point:

30% going to City mind€10m is £8.8m.
Minus Man City's 30% on anything over £0.3m. Still, represents a £6m profit in just over a year.€10m is £8.8m.
Can only hope we get them in the Europa. They're claiming on kds its for £10million to Leverkusen.
Ridiculous if true.
Cannot see eduward hanging around for another year, he will go in the summer imo.If that's the case with his contract then he goes this month also.
No way will they let it run on and lose value or the risk of a pre-contract.
It’s from December lol, you can find one of us posting happy birthday to Candeias before he left lol
Transfermarket (for what it's worth) has pingpong down as €4m.£10m? Someone is using the Seville Calculator.
'Could be' suggests a ceiling of 10 million Euros - subject to milestones and add-ons I'd suggest. And City will get 30% of the actual fee, which could be much lower.Fee could be 10million Euros.
Just over £6m ayeSo that already knocks £1m off the £10m quoted. Take off City’s 30% and we are looking at around £6m and that’s without taking add ons into consideration.
