The novelty of their new ground seems to have worn off. That's an awfully mediocre attendance for such a big game. There must not have been any tourists about today or something.
Or lots never went because of omriconThe novelty of their new ground seems to have worn off. That's an awfully mediocre attendance for such a big game. There must not have been any tourists about today or something.
Mate, that's up there with Mother's Day, ffs...There was a tube strike on
Plenty of empty seats at the Chelsea v Everton game earlier in the week, omicron is clearly impacting things. The novelty of their new ground seems to have worn off. That's an awfully mediocre attendance for such a big game. There must not have been any tourists about today or something.
A lot left early I noticed, not usually a spurs thing.Mate, that's up there with Mother's Day, ffs...
Or lots never went because of omricon
Oh, Jesus F#ck, now we can't have threads about other teams and things to do with them. Fine...Aye weird thing to start a thread about, odd wanting to have a dig at Spurs
Tubes were running fine, I was in London travelling to Kings cross, to catch my train this afternoon. London has been called a major incident due to covid hospitalizations. There was a tube strike on
Ahhh correct, sorry was Friday and Saturday strikesTubes were running fine, I was in London travelling to Kings cross, to catch my train this afternoon. London has been called a major incident due to covid hospitalizations.
We should sueA lot left early I noticed, not usually a spurs thing.
Nah m8, it's the Omicron nonsense and Xmas shopping that kept the crowd down. The novelty of their new ground seems to have worn off. That's an awfully mediocre attendance for such a big game. There must not have been any tourists about today or something.
Literally two of the most feeble excuses ever.....Omicron nonsense and Xmas shopping
here we fucking go“Omicron” has to be the most pathetic reason ever not to go to a game.
My mate was there and sent a few videos and honestly thought it was packed.Looked like a whole lot more than that.
Hardly think that was the reason, the novelty has worn off. You probably don't think that either but was a cheap dig at Spurs for some reason. The novelty of their new ground seems to have worn off. That's an awfully mediocre attendance for such a big game. There must not have been any tourists about today or something.
I did think that, mate, cheers for taking my word for it... Didn't know about those two very healthy crowds. I was genuinely surprised at such a run of the mill attendance for a huge game like Liverpool, though.Hardly think that was the reason, the novelty has worn off. You probably don't think that either but was a cheap dig at Spurs for some reason.
57,000 last weekend v Norwich and 54,000 during the week v Brentford which was live on the telly.
More likely covid related.
My Sister lives there and said this also. Her and my nephew have it.Omicron is rife in London. People maybe not wanting to have to isolate over Christmas.
Aye, 52,127 there. Great supporters.I was at Newcastle today and only a tiny few empty seats. Well humped but backed their team
Oh, Jesus F#ck, now we can't have threads about other teams and things to do with them. Fine...
There was never 49000 at our game yesterday.Aye, 52,127 there. Great supporters.
I like Spurs as well as any other non Gers side. In fact I went to White Hart Lane in 2008 for a game (Harry Redknapp's first in fact), and it was brilliant. I was just surprised at a the relatively shitey crowd they pulled in today.Of course we can seem a very random thing to have a thread about tho, seems to have hit a nerve, do you not like Spurs for some reason ?
That's the spirit, mate. Use a thread that's nothing to do with us to have a go at our Club. There was never 49000 at our game yesterday.
Was there as well but to me there seemed to quite a few empty seats dotted about all over the placeI was at Newcastle today and only a tiny few empty seats. Well humped but backed their team
Might sound a funny reply but they're in no way comparable to be fair.Mate, that's up there with Mother's Day, ffs...
That's the spirit, mate. Use a thread that's nothing to do with us to have a go at our Club.
Classy...
Well he's correct hardly having a goThat's the spirit, mate. Use a thread that's nothing to do with us to have a go at our Club.
Classy...
Have you been on the moon the last few days? Covid/Omicron is ripping through London like wildfire. That will obviously put people off from attending games.....in London.Aye, 52,127 there. Great supporters.
What about us yesterday? The novelty of their new ground seems to have worn off. That's an awfully mediocre attendance for such a big game. There must not have been any tourists about today or something.
What about us, ffs? What about us yesterday
Geez peace. I was only stating a point that not all figures quoted are correct. Sorry to have upset you.
What about us yesterday?
The figures are pretty much correct because it is tickets sold, not those that turn up. So Rangers sold 49 of 51 thousand, Spurs apparently only 45 of 60. That was his point. I have to agree with Mark though, I am watching the game just now and it looks well filled.
More of ours on Ibrox seats than Spurs ones on their seats, though...Fail enough. Its not bums on seats though.
As for yesterday I swiped three season tickets in but only I took my seat. My two mates stayed in The Louden.
So the the clicks registered them going in.Why would you do that?
But the tube scored their first goalThere was a tube strike on
Tube strike was the previous two days. But the tube scored their first goal
I'd guarantee that's it as it's ride in London and many would have patched it.Or lots never went because of omricon
Correct. There’s no way that there was 15,000 empty seats after watching the game.
