Apart from his recent good form, I think his personality and influence in the dressing room may be a factor in this. With Goldson, Davis and maybe McGregor not likely to be around we’re losing a lot of experience of guys who know how to lead and get things done.
His form hasn’t stalled at all.

Scotty definitely gives us something different to any of the other midfielders.
