Believe it or not I think Alfie is too nice when he plays for Colombia. If his Rangers colleagues refuse to play him in once he starts scowling. With Cuadrado and Muriel et al he seems to accept it meekly.
I'd love him to start booting balls. But I daresay those guys carry a bit of weight in the dressing room.

Cuadrado seems to be one of those players who thinks everyone is there to watch him play. Not interested in playing anyone in or trying to get the team ticking. A very self important individual by the looks of it.
