Can't see certain pictures

In the papers threads getting no pictures at all. Tried it on different browsers and devices and some I'm getting nothing and some the wee sqaure with the cross in it.
Can't get the Boyd smiling GIFs or the ad for the Rangers Pools to show either.
Any suggestions on how to solve this.

I’m the same, using iPad &iPhone.

Was fine until the last day or two
 
If you are on a work network it might block Imgur (which a lot of the pictures are hosted on). Do you use adblock? I had a quick search and Apple products have had issues with access to Imgur before. They don't load webms, either.

Images not loading / Suggestions / Imgur

The past couple days my browser has been unable to load imgur images. How do I fix this? Any time I click a link from reddit, imgur stalls out and the image doesn't load.

You haven't turned off JavaScript at some point to get rid of ads have you?
 
Im the same on home PC, nothing has changed but since yesterday cannot see the newspaper thread,

I'm the same. Any pictures that Dingwall has posted aren't visible, couldn't see the old photo of Ibrox either.

Ah right. Time for the good old 'The IT Crowd' advice then - 'have you tried turning it off and then back on again'.:)

Seriously, give it a go. I did notice on my iPhone this morning (but curiously not on my iPad) I had a prompt saying a Certificate was out of date. Subsequently updated itself - I assume - because I just carried on as normal.

Only thing I've changed on my iPhone and iPad is that I have AdBlock Plus on them.

Just done that, plus cleared history and website data - no joy I’m afraid :(

Note: I‘m still seeing the normal emojis, but not the new custom ones like the Boyd one
 
I can't see any of the photos in the paper thread or the Ibrox photo on any device, tablet (android), IPhone and the PC. Think GS is at it
 
Something has changed but not at my end. I have tried on two different laptops but as of a couple of days ago, I receive no pictures.

Try a different browser mate
 
Theres a virus going round atm , which is stopping folk from loading data

its been traced back to numerous porn sites
 
It could be because the pics are hosted on HTTPS, you have to allow mixed content from both HTTP and HTTPS sites. Don't have a Mac device so have no idea how it is done.

Mines is the same no pics in the back pages and Boyd emoji not workin, I’ve been through all my settings can’t work it out.
 
Ive just been getting wee squares since before Christmas. Thought it was just me. Been missing browsing through the daily newspaper thread.
 
This has been happening to me since Sunday. Can see pics in other threads but not the back pages one and the Boyd emoji doesn’t work either. I’m on an iPhone.
