This guy receives continuous praise based on his stats. Unarguably he does add a positive dynamic to our attack and usually plays a decisive role when we win. However, he is NOT a leader. Too many times I have watched him lead us into cowardly performances when it matters most. Personally I think he is in well above his depth in regard to his responsibility of club captain and I'm not convinced he truly understands what it means.

I don't actually think their is a single player in our squad I would consider a solid Rangers captain. It is an area that urgently needs to be addressed imo.

Tav is a bit of a sacred cow with the manager and on here. He is a smashing player however we will not get the best out of him playing 60 games a season.

Tav does his captains job . If he didnt he wouldn't be captain. McGregor does a lot of the shouting and organising and Davis helps out as well.
