Any decent human being, regardless of who you were brought up to support, should be disgusted at the lack of empathy and support for the victims in that statement.

When did Celtic set up a separate youth entity to apply for this License and allow them into Euro competitions? This system apparently came into being in 2004. Worth someone a bit more savvy having a look at. (If that wasn't their boys club, what the eff was?)

Changes to their old set up must be able to be tracked with their applications?To get a Uefa License (remember them,) you need the following noted below.


SPORTING CRITERIA
Youth development programme 1 The licence applicant must have a written youth development programme approved by the licensor.
