I have noticed people undercutting the agreed price which is £60.

Do not do so or you will be banned.

Pricing for that area is tricky due to the cost and nature of it and the fact that I don't wish to see people loads out of pocket so the price which was agreed is £60.

apologies I figured it would be lower for a friendly and didn't realise. To be fair £60 for league games is too low but nobody is paying £60 for a friendly.
