Club 1872 Project Polls - Now Open
Dear member,
Club 1872 is pleased to announce details of three proposed Club 1872 projects, which the Club 1872 Board has been liasing with Rangers on over the past few months.
These three projects all support the formation of the new Rangers Museum at New Edmiston House and provide Club 1872 members with the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the establishment of this fantastic club facility. The polls for these projects are now open for approval by Club 1872 Projects CIC contributors.
The projects are as follows:
1) The release of £200,000 of funding to Rangers, through the current share issue, to purchase shares in RIFC and also to provide funds which Rangers can use to assist with the establishment of the Rangers Museum.
2) The conservation of an orginal, Archibald Lietch model of Ibrox Stadium for display in the Rangers Museum.
3) The purchase of an original Brake Club Banner for display in the Rangers Museum.
Full details of each poll, along with pictures of the model and banner can be accessed on the poll pages for each project.
These polls can be accessed by logging into your Club 1872 account and clicking the links provided for each poll. They can also be accessed through the Surveys menu item in the My Account section of the website. The polls will remain open until Sunday 28th March 2021.

Can they not just buy shares?
Not with cash that members asked to be allocated to the project fund unless the members approve it.
Having said that, I wouldn’t expect the club to ring fence cash received from a share issue for a specific project unless that was the stated objective of the fund raise.
